Returns & Refunds Policy - Ferreira's All German Auto Spares

At FERREIRA'S ALL GERMAN AUTO SPARES, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned only if they are:
• Defective upon delivery; or
• Incorrectly supplied by FERREIRA'S ALL GERMAN AUTO SPARES.
• Any defective or incorrectly supplied product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
•   Electrical or electronic components.
•   Goods that have been damaged after delivery.
•   Goods that are not in their original condition.
•   Goods that are not returned in their original packaging.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Returns of Correctly Supplied Goods

If a product has been correctly supplied (including where the customer has confirmed the part from photographs or other information provided) but is later returned by the customer, the following conditions apply:
•   A 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
•   The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
•   The returned goods must be received in their original condition and packaging.

Return Time Limit

• No returns will be accepted more than 10 days after the date of delivery.
• In exceptional circumstances, where a return is approved after this period at our discretion, a 20% handling fee will apply, together with any applicable return shipping charges.

Refund Processing

• Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• After the refund has been processed, it may take an additional 24–48 hours for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Vehicle Compatibility

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased part is suitable for their vehicle before completing their purchase.
• If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your vehicle, please contact our team before placing your order. We will gladly assist in confirming compatibility where possible.

FERREIRA'S ALL GERMAN AUTO SPARES cannot be held responsible for parts purchased that are incompatible due to incorrect information provided by the customer or where compatibility was not confirmed prior to purchase.
